Booking & Reservations
Minimum age requirement: 21 years with valid driving license
Booking confirmation subject to document verification
Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour increments
Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds
Payments & Charges
Security deposit required at time of pickup
Fuel policy: return with same level as pickup
Late returns charged at 1.5x hourly rate
Additional charges for cleaning if returned excessively dirty
Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance included with all rentals
Additional coverage options available
Renter liable for traffic violations during rental period
Prohibited uses: racing, towing, commercial transport
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
No refund for no-shows or early returns
Weather-related cancellations handled case by case
General Terms
Smoking strictly prohibited in all vehicles
Pets allowed only in designated pet-friendly vehicles
Additional drivers must be registered and verified
Company not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicle
